10-Week Healing Circle

You don't have to heal alone.

There are some wounds that are difficult to explain to someone who hasn't experienced them. The 10-Week Healing Circle is a small, faith-centered group led by Rachel Hyland for women who have experienced same-sex betrayal in a marriage or committed relationship. It's a safe place to be heard, find understanding, work through difficult questions, and begin taking meaningful steps toward healing.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you come. You simply have to be willing to take the next step.

A Safe Place to Heal

This isn't a place where you'll be pressured to share more than you're ready to share. It's a place to be with women who understand that healing takes time.

Together, Rachel will guide the group through Scripture, reflection, honest conversation and practical steps drawn from the principles of The Silent Wound.

What We'll Walk Through Together

This 10-week journey is rooted in the themes of The Silent Wound. Each week, you'll explore topics such as understanding the wound, identity and shame, loss and letting go, understanding and grace, forgiveness, healthy boundaries, healing, restoring faith, and moving forward.

What the Healing Circle Is — and Isn't

It IS:

It IS NOT:

A small, confidential, faith-centered environment.

Therapy, marriage counseling or crisis intervention.

A place for reflection, conversation, Scripture and encouragement.

A place where anyone will tell you whether you should stay in or leave your marriage.

Guided by Rachel's lived experience and the principles of The Silent Wound.

A quick fix. Healing takes time, and every woman's journey is different.
